THE JUNEAU EMPIRE
Former Juneau resident Kip Reginald Dali, 52, died Jan. 31, 2007, due to heart failure.
He was born Feb. 4, 1954, to Mario and Betty Dali, of Modesto, Calif. He attended Modesto City Schools: Fremont Elementary, Roosevelt Junior High and Grace M. Davis High School.
He was an owner of M&B Enterprises and served as a consultant for many walnut processing plants throughout the Central California Valley. His time in Juneau was spent working with North Star Trekking.
Family members said he was an avid fisherman and enjoyed all water sports, traveling, camping, barbecuing and most of all, spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Coldeen Greable, a longtime resident of Juneau who worked as a purser for Alaska Marine Highway Systems; two children, Kip and Katy Dali; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Nathan Dali; and two sisters, Becky Stadtlander and Debi Kochel, who both reside in Las Vegas.
A memorial service was held Feb. 2 at Salas Brothers Funeral home in Modesto. Remembrances can be made in his name to your favorite charity.
