Jada Faith BrendaLynn Sievenpiper-Booth died Jan. 15, 2007, at Providence Hospital in Anchorage. She was 15 days old.

Born Jan. 1, 2007, at Barlett Regional Hospital in Juneau, she is survived by her mother, Cami Sievenpiper; father, Roger Booth; sisters, Sarah and Briana Sievenpiper, and Harley Sievenpiper-Booth; grandfather, Doug Conway; grandmother, Diane Sievenpiper-Conway; grandparents, Scott and Louis Wickward, of Haines; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 10 at the Juneau Church of the Nazarene.

Honorary pallbearers will be Diane Toth, Sgt. Harley R. Sievenpiper, Brenda English, Doug Conway, Joy Conway and Cara and John Moraitis.

The family was able to donate some of her heart valves in order that other children might live.
