THE JUNEAU EMPIRE
Former Juneau resident Timothy G. White died Dec. 1, 2001, at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Wash., after a long illness.
Born April 17, 1957 in Union City, Tenn., to Ann (Caldwell) Kennedy and John L. White, he spent his younger years in Juneau, where he attended elementary school. He graduated from high school at Obion County Central High in Troy, Tenn., and served in the U.S. Army.
He was later employed as a construction worker and drove a cab in Juneau for several years. He loved hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Jim Kennedy, his son Nicholas, his daughter Rachel Copp of Clinton, Ky., two granddaughters, four brothers, eight nephews and nieces and several cousins.
